Sir Grout is Outstanding! First, with Judi, the owner, doing the walkthrough to quote the work to be done. She is so knowledgeable and provided me with so much information on how to take care of the tile and grout going forward. Then to Monte and Elliott, who came to do the work. These young men were fantastic! They were so professional, friendly, hardworking, and careful. They worked so hard all day cleaning and color-sealing the grout. My floors and showers look brand new! Thank you, Team!
The owner, Judi, was a pleasure to meet during the initial consultation. She was very thorough and informative and provided us with honest recommendations, a prompt quote, and projected timeline.
Her operations manager, Grace, was also very responsive to our questions and our personal timeline needs. The technician crew - Monte, Telly, and Elliott - provided exceptional service. They were on-time, polite and attentive, thoroughly explained the process and expectations, and completed the tedious work efficiently and cohesively. Overall, I'm very pleased and excited with the outcome.
I love my floors again! I wish I had taken a before photo of our master shower - the difference is hard to believe! Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. They provided a detailed outline of the work they could do for my main shower, which had missing grout and discolored caulk. They then sent an estimate breaking down all the charges, and we were able to schedule the service quickly.
On the day of service, the technician called ahead with an ETA, arrived on time, and reviewed the services, explaining how long it would take. He was very nice and courteous. The finished work looks great—my shower looks like new! Highly recommend.
